Best Behaviour (Waterloo Centre) Located in Uptown Waterloo
There is no visitor parking on site, or on Willow Street. Parking is available in the City Centre Lot (free for 2 hours). The Willow Lot is permit-only 8-5 PM, but is free after 5 PM. Some city streets also offer 2-3 hour parking, as per the signage indicated.
When dropping off your child for therapy, there may be an open spot in the driveway. You are welcome to pull in to drop off or pick up your child. If the spot is taken by another parent, you may pull in behind our therapists’ cars or stop along Willow Street.
We do not have a formal waiting room or waiting area. We ask that you arrive at the time of your session, and not early. Therapists are ready and prepared for sessions to start at the session start time. Your therapist will be waiting to greet you at the front door. You may also ring the doorbell or call your therapist directly when arrive.
