Kaitlyn’s deep-rooted passion for helping others brought her to ABA, and has taken her on a path to become a psychotherapist. She has worked with youth and young adults of all ages, with varying diagnoses. Kaitlyn enjoys using an integrative therapeutic approach that blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to meet her clients where they are at, listen to their story, and help them connect with their values to inspire meaningful change. With a solution-focused mindset, she strives to work collaboratively to identify goals, explore fresh perspectives, and develop tools to move forward. She prides herself on her ability to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients, where they can feel truly heard and understood.

Kaitlyn completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
